I spent an extra $200 for the Approach S62 over the S42 primarily for the ability to use custom watch faces. This watch face is EXACTLY what I was looking for in the first place. I was frustrated by my FitBit's screen which is viewable at night with a twist of the wrist, but useless during the day. Instead of walking only at night, I scrapped the FitBit in favor of the Garmin. After looking at every watch face I could find I ran into this one. PERFECT!!! My main needs were time, heart rate and steps. There are just about zero watch faces out there that display steps anywhere near as legible as this one. THANK YOU sir... One question, though. The steps seem to stall out for a time and then magically catch up with reality. Is this normal or do I have a setting that needs attention. Not a big deal as I LOVE this watch face as is...

Most thing on CIQ watch faces only update once a minute except after a gesture. Limited things can always update every second, and in this case it's seconds and HR and not steps.
